Reading the Auctioneer View
What the auctioneer sees on the laptop or tablet, at a glance.

The total, front and center
The running total for the whole Fund-a-Need is the biggest number on the screen — readable from a few feet away in low light.

The current level
Below the total, only the level currently being called is shown, with its count and dollars. It changes automatically when the tally phone changes levels.

Goal indicators
Basic, Stretch and Dream markers show where you are for both the current level and the event overall, so you know whether to keep pushing.

Live status
A Live indicator confirms the screen is receiving updates. If it drops, the page reconnects on its own.

Clearing
Clear buttons for each level and for everything are available here without a PIN, for rehearsals. Each asks for confirmation and warns that it cannot be undone.
