Refund Policy

Emily Quinn LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pledge Pal subscriptions. If Pledge Pal isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund the payment in full.

If you attended a FAN Performance Lab (FPL) and activate a Pledge Pal annual subscription within 7 days of your FPL date, what you paid for the FPL is credited toward the annual plan automatically and your subscription carries the same 30-day money-back guarantee. Use Pledge Pal for a full 30 days — if it isn't useful for your events, email us within that window and we'll refund the subscription payment in full.

The FAN Performance Lab registration fee itself is non-refundable and is not included in the 30-day subscription guarantee, whether or not the credit was applied.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings in Pledge Pal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your event access keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds after the 30-day window — for example for a renewal you didn't intend — are considered case by case, and we'll always try to be fair about it.
