Using the Tally phone view

For the Tally Person entering pledges during the appeal.

   Open the event on the phone

   Scan the QR code from Event Setup, or open the link you were sent. No account or password is needed.

   Pick the level the auctioneer is on

   Every level is listed as a large button. Tapping one makes it current, and everyone else's screen follows the level you select, so keep it in sync with what the auctioneer is calling.

   Tap once per pledge

   Each tap adds one pledge at that level. The count and the running total update instantly on every screen.

   Focus mode keeps the screen simple

   By default the phone shows only the levels and their counts — ideal for a dark ballroom and fast work. Tap Details in the top corner to also show goals, the goal badge and the overall Fund-a-Need total. The phone remembers your choice.

   Enter a Fishing Above amount

   On a Fishing Above level, a numeric keypad appears. Type the dollar amount like a calculator and confirm.

   Undo a mistake

   Undo last pledge removes the most recent entry after a confirmation. Watch the status pill: green means synced, and a Retry button appears if anything needs resending.
