What data Pledge Pal collects across events

What stays private to your account, and what we measure in aggregate.

Nonprofit clients often ask what happens to their event data. Here's the short answer you can pass along.

   No donor data, ever

   Pledge Pal records pledge amounts at each Fund-a-Need level. It does not collect donor names, emails, phone numbers, paddle numbers, or payment details. There is nowhere in the app to enter them.

   Your events stay in your account

   Event names, organization names, goals, logos, branding and pledge records belong to your account. Other auctioneers on the platform cannot see them, and clients you invite see only the events you assign to them.

   Aggregated benchmarks

   We combine data across all events into anonymous statistics — average raised, guests in the room, goal attainment rates, how pledges spread across levels, feature use — to measure and improve the platform and publish industry benchmarks. No organization name, event name, or account email is ever included.

   Small samples are suppressed

   Any benchmark figure drawn from fewer than five events is hidden, so no single event, client, or account can be identified or reverse-engineered from a published number.
