Add giving levels
Each level has an amount and three targets: Basic (the number you need), Stretch (a good night) and Dream (a great night). Levels always sort high to low automatically.

Fishing Above
Use Fishing Above for gifts that don't fit a fixed level, then set its Basic, Stretch and Dream goals as dollar amounts. On the phone, the Tally Person types the amount on a numeric keypad instead of tapping a level.

Matching challenge (optional)
Turn on Matching challenge if a donor is matching the room. Set the match amount, choose what it applies to — the whole Fund-a-Need, one level, or a level and everything below it — and choose how it shows up on the Auctioneer and Audience screens.

Check the overall goals
Overall FAN Goals sits underneath the levels and totals both the count (tally) and the dollars automatically from everything above. You don't type these in.

Choose whether the audience sees the Total, the total at the current level, or both — and whether the Basic/Stretch/Dream goals are visible at all.

Good to know
- Delete an event from the admin home screen — it asks you to type the event name first.
